ZPKS DN12

The ZPKS Connection Set consists of 1 pc of sensor housing with KS 1/2″ Air Bleed Valve, 2 pcs of KS 3/4″ Blanking Caps and a ¾″ / 1/2″ Pipe Reducer. It is designed to connect one solar collector unit to the supply and return in a solar heat collector system.

KS Blanking Cap, 3/4″

The Blanking Cap is used to blind the threaded connections of the collectors. It is made of brass.

KS Sensor Housing, 3/4″

The Sensor Housing provides a cover for the temperature sensor in flat plate collectors. It is used when integrated into a non-flow connection pipe of a flat plate collector.

KS Sensor Housing with Air Bleed Valve

The Housing provides a cover for the temperature sensor when the sensor is installed in the flat plate collector in a flow connector. The Housing is made of copper tube with a brass head. It has a 3/4″ female 30 mm hex nut, a manual air bleed valve and a Viton O-ring.

It is made of VITON® fluorocarbon rubber. It maintains its properties over a wide operating temperature range from -40 to +220°C, and it is resistant to substances such as oils, greases and glycols.

The hand pump is used to fill the solar heat collector system with the heat transfer fluid. It is a piston hand pump with a 3 dm³ tank.
