What is offered by ZPS 18E-O1 ECO?

ZPS 18E-01 ECO pump unit is designed for solar installations with a collector surface area of up to 16 sqm. This solution is distinguished by the presence of an electronic flow meter, a pressure switch and the ability to control the titanium anode (optional). Moreover, ZPS 18E-01 ECO series unit is equipped with a solar controller, whose latest version software allows precise control of the solar collector system, as well as selected additional devices in the system. The ZPS 18E-01 ECO pump unit combines components as in a two-way unit, with simplicity of installation as in a one-way unit. Several variants are available equipped with a high-efficiency Wilo or Shimge pump that complies with ErP requirements.

Thanks to the use of the all-in-one concept, where the G-422 controller is integrated into the body of the unit, the installation is extremely simple and fast.

Choosing a circulation pump to suit your needs

ZPS 18E-01 ECO pump unit is offered in 3 variants in terms of the circulating pump used. Depending on the size of the installation, an optimum selection is possible.

SHIMGE pumps have the option of manually setting the pump with the appropriate button on the body with the electronics and allow replacing the electronics module.

Maximum heat yield and minimum operating cost

The latest generation of electronically speed-controlled circulation pumps have several times lower electricity consumption than older pumps operating at constant speed. ZPS 18E-01 ECO pump unit includes a circulating pump whose operation can be controlled in accordance with the latest control standards (iPWM, iPWM2 signal). This allows the use of advanced algorithms to manage the operation of solar systems, based on continuous measurements of temperature and flow in the working circuit. The energy efficiency of the entire solar thermal system is the highest of all heat sources. For every 100 W of heat generated, 1-2 W of electricity is usually sufficient.

The compact design of ZPS 18E-01 ECO unit and the reduced number of connections not only make work easier and reduce installation time, but also reduce the likelihood of leaks. In addition, the factory connection to the circulating pump controller minimises the risk of damage to the pump through incorrect connection.
