Mounting systems

Hewalex mounting systems allow for the installation of solar collectors on roofs with various angles of inclination, on the ground or on building facades.

Solar collectors are commonly installed on roofs. For sloped roofs, standard or adjustable mounting systems are suitable. The most typical mounting system is designed for installing solar collectors on roofs inclined at an angle of at least 30°. Our mountings are designed to accomodate a wide range of roofing types, allowing for flexible adaptation to individual needs.
Offer includes mounting systems for the following types of roofing:

  • standard roof tiles,
  • extented roof tiles,
  • metal roof tiles,
  • trapezoidal sheet metal,
  • standing seam metal roofing,
  • bitumen shingles / roofing felt.

Roof covering: standard roof tiles (H430)

For this type of solution, we offer mounting hooks designed to minimize interference with the existing roof structure while ensuring stability and corrosion resistance through the use of aluminum profiles and stainless steel components.
As a standard, a roof tile is considered to have a measurement from the bottom edge of the tile to the bottom edge of its hook of no more than 410 mm.

Mounting component: H430 hook mounted to the batten.

Roof covering: extended roof tiles (H500)

The mounting system for this solution is based on mounting hooks that minimize interference with the roof structure. Our mounting systems ensure high stability for solar collector installation and reduce installation time and effort through pre-assembled components.
This type of tile is defined as having a measurement from the bottom edge of the tile to the bottom edge of its hook more than 410 mm and less than 480 mm.

Mounting component: H500 hook mounted to the batten.

Roof covering: metal roof tiles (S250)

For this type of covering, we offer a mounting system using double-threaded screws, which provide secure attachment of the collectors to the roof structure. These screws are made from high-quality stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance. The screws are installed into the roof rafters.

Mounting component: S250 double-threaded screw mounted to the rafter.

Roof covering: trapezoidal sheet metal (T300)

For this type of construction, we offer a dedicated mounting solution that ensures durability, safety, and easy installation of solar collectors. Our mounting systems reduce installation time and improve convenience, while providing corrosion resistance through the use of aluminum profiles and stainless steel components.

Mounting component: aluminum profile mounted to the sheet metal.

Roof covering: standing seam metal roofing (R100)

In this case, we offer special clamps that provide stability and safety during installation. Our systems minimize the risk of damage to the roofing material, which is particularly important for roofs with high aesthetic and functional standards.

Mounting component: clamp mounted to standing seam metal roofing.

Roof covering: bitumen shingles / roofing felt (T150)

These roofs require a specialized approach for mounting solar collectors. The mounting systems for this type of roofing use special aluminum profiles, allowing for safe and stable attachment of the collectors to the roof structure.

Mounting component: aluminum profile mounted to the roof structure.

Product properties

FLEXIBLE MOUNTING OPTIONS

The sliding connection between the horizontal beam and the collector casing allows the mounting system to be adjusted to the spacing of battens or other roof elements.

SHORT INSTALLATION TIME

Pre-assembled components of the mounting system facilitate and shorten installation time.

FUNCTIONAL INSTALLATION

Stable and easily accessible connections between aluminum profile beams and the brackets on the solar collector casing.

CORROSION RESISTANCE

Corrosion resistance is ensured through the use of aluminum profiles and stainless steel components.

EASY SYSTEM EXPANSION

A range of additional mounting brackets is available to conveniently expand the solar collector array.

COMPATIBLE WITH ROOF COVERINGS

A wide selection of mounting options is available for compatibility with most roofing materials on the market.
