G422-P09 controller (without temperature sensors)

The G422-P09 is among the most advanced controllers on the market. The range of functions and measurements is analogous to the GH26-P09, the difference being the method of installation – in a ZPS pump station (as a spare part).

What does the G422 controller offer?

The G422 controller is a development of earlier versions, enhanced with additional functions. The ErP energy efficiency directive has introduced the need to replace traditional circulation pumps with new high-efficiency ones with electronically controlled rotation. The G422 controller allows the operation of both standard fixed-speed pumps and pumps with electronic speed control. A second important extension of the controller’s functionality is the possibility of connecting a pressure sensor in the solar thermal system. This allows control of the plant’s operating conditions, also remotely in conjunction with the EKONTROL remote monitoring system.

Application of the G422 controller

The G422 controller is an integral part of 1-way pump and control units, e.g., ZPS 18e-01 ECO, ZPS 18-02 ECO or ZPS 28-01 ECO. If it is necessary to order the controller separately, it is also possible to use the GH26 controller version, which is a twin version of the G422, but intended for wall mounting etc.

Overview of the G422 controller functions (P09 version)
The GH26 controller has one of the widest ranges of functions on the market and the ability to work with almost any type of solar thermal installation. Among other things, this allows solar central heating support to be realised in cooperation with the boiler.
